We do everything we can to provide every guest with a special, safe, and enjoyable evening.
By treating each other with respect, we keep the experience pleasant for everyone.

Respect & Behaviour

– Treat other guests, our team, and the venue with respect.
– Aggression, intimidation, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
– Always follow instructions given by staff or security personnel.
– Excessive intoxication or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.

Alcohol & Substances

– Alcohol is served exclusively to guests aged 18 and over.
– We may request valid identification if there is any doubt regarding age.
– The use, possession, or distribution of drugs is not permitted.
– Bringing your own food or beverages is not permitted.

Karaoke Rooms

– Please handle microphones, screens, furniture, and other equipment with care.
Damage caused by negligence or intentional behaviour may be charged to the responsible party.
– Please be mindful of your reservation time. Extensions may be possible depending on availability.
– Taking items from the rooms is not permitted.
Our private rooms are intended for entertainment and social experiences. Inappropriate or sexually explicit behaviour is not permitted.

Privacy

– Please respect the privacy of other guests.
Ask for permission before filming or photographing others.

Groups & Reservations

– The main booker is responsible for the behaviour of all guests within the reservation.
Groups causing disturbance may be warned or removed without refund.

Safety

– CCTV surveillance may be in operation for the safety of guests and staff.
– Weapons or dangerous objects are prohibited.
– In case of emergency, instructions from staff must be followed immediately.
– Nightingale reserves the right to refuse entry.

Smoking

– Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
This is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Liability

– Nightingale is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
– Lost property may be handed in to staff members.
